To re-brand the museum to appeal to a new crowd and increase visitors and become more competitive.
The Solution
To appeal to a more artistic crowd to be able to capture the demographic in the area, attending the art museums. To have two personas in the branding and website where those who want a very sophisticated and exclusive feel can engage whilst still giving families somewhere to go and feel part of the museum.
